This Terms of Service Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement") is between you and Danburybeautysupplies.com and governs your use of service provided by danburybeautysupplies.com
Sometimes in this Agreement danburybeautysupplies.com will be referred to as "DBS", “Danbury Beauty” or "Us". The "DBS Service", sometimes referred to as just the "Service", means the service provided through the web site located at www.danburybeautysupplies.com.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using any aspect of the DBS Service.
By using the DBS Service you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the DBS Service. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
Eligibility
By using the DBS Service, you a) are above the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence; (b) "specific to orders containing professional use only hair products" are a licensed cosmetologist, are enrolled in an educational cosmetology program, and/or are an employee making purchases on behalf of a licensed salon*; (c) have not previously been suspended or removed from the site; (d) agree to have at least one (1) valid account with DBS Service; (e) you will only provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information if you register for an account and/or orders (defined below). If we believe or suspect that your information is not true, accurate, current or complete, we may deny or terminate your access to the site or services (or any portion thereof) and (d) that you have full power and authority to enter into the Terms of Use and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party. *Orders containing professional use hair products will be subject to professional license verification & approval prior to fulfillment.
Changes to this Agreement
You agree that we may change the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time. We will always post the date of the latest version of the Agreement at the top of this Agreement. You agree that we may change the DBS Service or remove the DBS Service at any time in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason and with or without notice to you. You agree that if you continue to use the DBS Service after we have posted a change to this Agreement, then you are bound by the most recent version of this Agreement. In other words, your continued use of the DBS Service means that you agree to be bound by the most current version of this Agreement.
We own the DBS Service
You agree that the DBS Service, including, but not limited to the Web Site and the Software, is owned by us. That means that as between you and us, you acknowledge that we own, or we license from other companies, any copyrights, trademarks, technology, patents in and to the Service and that you will not make any claim to any ownership in the Service (or any part of the Service).
Registering with the DBS Service and Eligibility to Purchase
You do not need to register with DBS or create a profile to use the DBS Service. However, to take advantage of some of DBS features you may need to register with DBS and create a profile. If you do register with DBS and create a profile, you will be required to provide certain information which may include your first and last name, your email address, and your zip code. You may also be asked to supply other information and/or create a profile which, though not required, may be helpful to other users of the DBS Service in learning more about you. DBS is committed to protecting your privacy online. We do not and will not sell, transfer, or barter your personal information to any individual or company. We strictly use consumer information for the sole purpose of processing orders, providing order status, and providing promotional information. DBS may also terminate or cancel your account or profile, without any notice to you, for any reason in its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are also solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any account name and password assigned to you by DBS, and/or accepted by DBS from you, for your access to the DBS Service shall be for your personal use only. You agree to immediately notify DBS of any unauthorized use of your account or password. DBS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
By making purchasing our merchandise, you expressly authorized us to perform credit checks and, where Danbury Beauty Supplies feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain your credit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties solely to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and/or to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Danbury Beauty Supplies offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our external suppliers. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on our website are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders (where applicable).
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Regardless of your shopping destination and the currency you shop in, your purchase may be processed by one of our regional affiliate companies in which case your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. Danbury Beauty Supplies is not responsible for any such fee or charge.
Danbury Beauty's Price Match Remit and Disclaimer
If you find a lower price on an identical item at an AUTHORIZED national or local retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just bring us the authorized competitors current ad or show a printout, photo, smartphone display or app, and we’ll match their price. Our price match policy doesn’t apply to certain brands; discontinued, clearance, used or damaged items. Limited to reasonable quantities. Can’t be combined with other discounts. Additional restrictions may apply.
Prices can vary between our online and in-store offerings. We make every effort to ensure our in-store pricing remains competitive with local demand. Danbury Beauty in-store does not price match our online prices for danburybeautysupplies.com purchases.
Authorized Competitors
To ensure the integrity of competitor products, Danbury Beauty will only price match against authorized resellers of professional products.
Authorized National Retailers include Sephora, Amazon, Ulta, Mays, Nordstrom, and Product Manufacturer.
Authorized Local retailers must be a professional licensed salon and have a physical location in the United States. The competitor’s address and phone number must be displayed on their website and listed on google maps to qualify.
Danbury Beauty must be able to successfully validate the price on the competitor’s website or ad to complete the price match. If the price can’t be validated, Danbury Beauty may decline to price match.
Products or Services
Product packaging may vary from the displayed image. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging and confirming the details of your order.
Unless you cancel your order, completion of the contract between you and Danbury Beauty Supplies will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it no longer can be canceled. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the State of Connecticut, USA, and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Danbury Beauty Supplies.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on our website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Danburybeautysupplies.com. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by Danbury Beauty Supplies. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to Danbury Beauty Supplies, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit/debit card, we will issue a refund for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
We take reasonable care to make our website is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Danburybeautysupplies.com.
Insurance and Delivery
You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.
Danbury Beauty Supplies ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for specific goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Danbury Beauty Supplies, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that Danbury Beauty Supplies can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you and release Danbury Beauty Supplies from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. If you know the delivery location is an unsafe place (too many stolen packages), chose a different/safer shipping address. Danbury Beauty Supplies is not responsible for any stolen/damaged packages.
Please note that delivery times appearing on our website are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. Danbury Beauty Supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by third party carriers.
No Returns, No Refunds and No Exchange Policy
To maintain the integrity of our products, all sales are final. We are committed to providing the highest quality product at the best possible price (see price match policy). We eliminate any possibility of counterfeit products. We guarantee every product you receive has not been used, diverted, or manipulated. No product that leaves our warehouse will be restocked or resold. Danbury Beauty’s core value is to minimize waste, maximize sustainability and provide our customers with premium salon-grade products.
Defective, Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items Received
If the item you received is defective, damaged, missing or wrong items received, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence for expedited processing. Reach us via email at danburybeautysupplies@gmail.com or by phone at 203-748-8031. We will provide instructions to receive a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we'll assist you in finding a suitable alternative, store credit, or issue a refund.
Danbury Beauty reserves the right to assess all of these scenarios on a case-by-case basis.
No return will be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be given, regardless of the reason on any product after 30 days from the date of the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
Disclaimer of warranty and limits on our liability
THE DBS SERVICE, ANY INFORMATION AND ANYTHING ELSE RELATING TO THE DBS SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED BY DBS "AS IS" AND YOU USE THEM AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. DBS IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND DISCLAIMS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND/OR PERFORMANCE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR ACCESS OF THE DBS SERVICE. Use of Professional Items
At Danburybeautysupplies.com we have large variety of products for professional use and general use. DBS expects all customers who order professional use products is a licensed cosmetologist and knows how to use them. Danburybeautysupplies.com is NOT responsible for the outcome. Danburybeautysupplies.com reserves a right to ask for your professional license before approving your order.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Danbury Beauty Supplies does not offer any expedited shipments
For Standard and FREE Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in order they're received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Danbury Beauty Supplies reserves the right to assess extremely heavy packages and in very rare instances may cancel the offer. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day.
You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout. You DO NOT have to place your order or enter your credit card number in order to view your shipping rate.
Important Shipping Information
- Danbury Beauty Supplies is unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Danbury Beauty Supplies is unable to change destination address if the order was paid via Pay Pal or Amazon Pay.
- All orders that have been refused by consumer and returned back to our warehouse will be processed as regular return in which case shipping cost will be deducted from original payment.
- Danbury Beauty Supplies requires a signature for certain goods delivered. That decision is based on destination address, amount paid for an order or a shipping carrier’s requirements. If consumer was not available to sign for the package, delivered goods will be returned to our warehouse in which case consumer will be responsible for reshipping cost. If consumer decides to cancel that order, shipping cost will be deducted from original payment. That applies to all orders including orders with promotional free shipping option.
- Danbury Beauty Supplies is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carrier.
- All DBS Consumers are responsible for submitting correct information, as to the nature of Billing and Shipping information. In case of providing, mistakenly or purposely, incorrect or incomplete destination address package will be returned back to our facility and consumer will be responsible for original shipping fee (if order was eligible for free shipping option) and address correction fee. Those fees are to be determined at the moment of return and depend on destination point. In the event of delivery to an incorrectly put destination, Danbury Beauty Supplies will not be liable for obtaining the package(s) or issuing a refund for that package(s). Once your order is dispatched, Danbury Beauty Supplies will no longer be able to change your shipping destination.

Danburybeautysupplies.com offers large selection of products online. Items from selected companies are sent directly from manufacturer.
Cancellations or Shipping Changes
Once an order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system. You may return you merchandise under our return policy. Once you submit an order you can no longer change shipping or billing options. If you wish to change any provided information please contact our customer service. Please note, our customer service team operates via emails and reserves up to 48 hours to respond to any inquires.
Substitution and Typos
Danburybeautysupplies.com is not responsible for typos of price or description. We reserve the right to substitute a listed product for one of a different size. We will always make these substitutions on the side of the customer's best interest. We will always make it a better deal for the customer.
Canadian Customers
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO CANADA
PO, APO and FPO Boxes
All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 14 business days (for in-stock items only).
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. There are times when our system lets customers apply promotional offers during checkout. Customers will be contacted via e-mail or by phone to collect additional shipping fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Foreign Orders
Sorry, we currently do not accept international orders.
