For Standard and FREE Delivery please allow 1 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in the order they're received. If the customer accepts promotional offers for free shipping during checkout please note that Danbury Beauty Supplies reserves the right to assess extremely heavy packages and in very rare instances may cancel the offer. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day.

There are NO Flat rates or Promotional Free Shipping for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, customers must pay shipping fees in full. Cancellations or Shipping Changes
