How to use:
Mixing: Mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor Permanente with 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Developer.
For High-Lift Blonde Shades: mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor with 4 oz. 40 Volume Developer.
